Dry Riser Testing
A dry riser system is simply pipework and valves that runs through a building to allow water to be accessible in the event of a fire.
Dry risers will have an inlet on the outside of the building and an outlet on each floor level within.
Fire Sprinkler System Testing
Domestic and residential sprinklers should be tested on an annual basis.
A mains fed sprinkler system requires far less maintenance than tank fed ones, but these services are still vital to ensure that the water is being fed at a high enough pressure.

We offer practical, professional and cost effective Fire Risk Assessments, carried out by an independent assessor.
Risk assessments should be carried out on all non-domestic properties and should be renewed annually.
We will carry out a full fire door survey of your premises and our assessors will carry out a detailed report.
On completion of our assessment we will supply the customer with a Survey Inspection Report.
Residential Care Premises
We strongly recommend that all residential care premises carry out a fire risk assessment so that the new British Standards can be taken into account.
We can assist you with this via our fully independent Fire Risk Assessor.
