How We Work
We pride ourselves on our flexibility, which is vital when working with trade. Whether we are dealing with the specifier, contractor or installer we are confident that we can help.
We work with the trade and installers in towns across Hampshire and Wiltshire, including Andover, Chippenham, Devizes, Melksham, Newbury, Trowbridge, Swindon and Bristol.
With a free design service and trade discounts available we provide an easy, cost effective solution for any project.
Either post or email the project details to us and we can design or just cost to supply the system and return the full details to you. If successful, we then arrange for the equipment to be supplied on the date required. If the system is analogue addressable the equipment will arrive pre-coded with a full set of drawings depicting each devices location.
Full technical support is offered through the installation and the commissioning is arranged for the day(s) required if possible. We can then assist with the site handover and training for the client.
After Sales
All equipment is provided with a minimum of a 12 month warranty and maintenance contracts are provided within the cost of the original quotation. The British Standard requires all systems to have a maintenance contract from the day of final commissioning and so this ensures that the client is fully compliant from day one.
A quotation for the continued maintenance of the system is then provided direct to the customer once the first year’s maintenance draws to an end.
